Randy Boissonnault

Randy is President of Xennex Inc, a strategy consulting firm that advises small business owners in strategy, leadership and executive alignment. He is a graduate of the Campus Saint-Jean at the University of Alberta, and holds an M.A. (Oxon) from Oxford University where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.

Randy works with owner managers and executive teams of small and medium-sized businesses to develop company strategy and to resolve challenging management issues. He is a former Sessional Lecturer in Political Science at the University of Alberta, and is a political commentator for Radio Canada. From 2005 to 2006 Randy was the Political Correspondent in Western Canada for Les Affaires, of Montreal. He is a sought after speaker in the areas of small business strategy, leadership, and literacy.

He is currently a Board Member of the Edmonton Rotary Club, and is the Past President of the Francophone Economic Development Council of Alberta, the Francophone Sport Federation of Alberta, and the Organizing Committee of the Edmonton 2008 Canadian Francophone Games. He was the first Chairman of the Board of the Centre for Family Literacy, and is the Founder of Literacy Without Borders, an international charity focused on building sustainable literacy programs in adult, workplace, and family literacy in developing countries.
